My mom is currently staying at Mountain Terrace Senior Living. I don't know if anyone else is having issues, but they are having problems with a large turnover or lack of assistance. I don't think she'southward getting the attention that she needs. They kind of promised a lot of things that I don't believe she's getting, and I know some of information technology has to do with COVID, but some of that is but laziness in my opinion. Information technology's not every bit clean every bit they said it was going to be. Their communication is terrible. These are things that I'thou but really not happy with. They don't communicate a lot with the family at all. Their staff is constantly irresolute since my mom's been there. In less than a year they've gone through almost everyone; the executive director, the nurse, and the activities director quit. Every time I go there, information technology seems similar they have more than spaces. That's difficult on the people, because they're old, and they're used to some of these people that they can kind of depend on, and it's just been a revolving door of people coming and going at that place. She'southward not getting the intendance she should be getting. Probably one of the better things that they take is, they do seem to have a decent card of a multifariousness of food for them. My mom at outset complained quite a flake, but she's less lament now because of that. I'm certain she'south as used to her own cooking so forth, merely I think their food is skilful. My mom's got dementia and she needs help getting at that place. She's also got macular degeneration, so she can't see that well. I think sometimes they don't go there and go her to go down to eat. Sometimes she maybe simply thinks she hasn't eaten, only sometimes she'll say to me that she has missed meals, which I'm not happy about at all. They accept very trivial activities. They promised all these things, but it is COVID at the time, and they can't. They're in and out of lockdown all the time, and and then the activities are shut down. They attempt to do things within the center, simply my mom has macular degeneration, so she can't do a lot of the things. I don't think they try difficult enough to go them active, or they do zilch outside, except they can sit out at that place. They should be doing some activities that are outside and then that people can be more active. I don't know if it's because of lack of help or because they are short-handed. Information technology'southward very expensive, and much less than they promised. They had promised nursing and staff. At first, when she went in that location, they were doing medical testing, blood pressure checks. If she would take situations, they could take washed an 10-ray in that location or they could have; now, there's none of that. Everytime something happens, like a small fall or something, I have to go there and have her into the emergency room. There's no medical care at that place at all anymore, and that's part of the price.

I visited this facility
We went to Mountain Terrace Senior Living. I idea it was very impressive, information technology seemed like they genuinely cared, and I felt it had a warm atmosphere and very caring temper. The rooms were very make clean, modern looking, and seemed to be well maintained. It's very comfy and piece of cake access to two major highways, and at that place's a very popular restaurant a street from them, Vino Latte. The food in the dining expanse was very skilful, tasty, and served efficiently.

I have visited many times. Staff seem so happy and when they're happy, mom and dad are happy. In that location seems to exist an surround of respect and everyone is genuine and happy to help each other out. The mood is just warm and inviting when nosotros walk through the doors. No wonder my mom'south dr. highly recommended it.

I visited this facility
I liked Mount Terrace although we are not but set to go move merely yet. I walked into their dining room surface area, and information technology looked similar everybody was enjoying their meal. The head of the place was very informative, and he took me on a tour to see the rooms.
